Prahlad Joshi bumper gift to govt schools and colleges, 1177 govt schools painted
Union Minister Prahlad Joshi gave Diwali bumper gifts to all government schools and colleges of Dharwad Lok Sabha constituency. Union Minister Prahlad Joshi has announced the construction of 320 new classrooms along with the repainting of 1177 schools and colleges.
Prahlad Joshi said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inspired us through new programs. In this regard, a paint campaign has been launched to give a new look to government schools and it will be launched tomorrow at the Harbhata school ground in Kundagola, he said.
The work of painting government schools and colleges has started, some are coming saying that the school is damaged, some are saying that the school is bad, the school is dirty. After looking at everything, a new plan is being prepared to give a new look to such schools.
Pralhad Joshi's Khamta Seva Institute will provide the paint free of charge. Joshi said that 20 liters of paint will be given free of charge to paint the classrooms. The outer walls of the school will also be distributed separately. Union Minister Prahlad Joshi requested that student organizations, service organizations and teachers should come forward for the work of Shram Donation to paint the schools. Associations can get free paint by signing a bond paper of Rs 20 and agreeing to paint the school.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi introduced mass participation movements in the country. May it be a clean India, the Ganga welfare projects got a tremendous response from the people. In the same way, we have decided to do this kind of campaign in the educational field in our district. This is not a vote-getting program. In this, we have decided to conduct this color campaign keeping the motto of cleanliness to beauty. He informed that there are total 1177 schools and colleges in this program, including 984 primary schools, 139 high schools, and 54 undergraduate and graduate colleges.
